im gonnna be really bored and im trying out for a dance high


t school that i reallllly want to get into. what can help me with strength and flexibility

swimming helps strengthen my mussels but stretching, maybe join a gym with a pool and u can work out and they prob have stretching classes and other classes that would help. ~hope I helped Morgan

Well Do Stretching and Practice your technique(leaps %26amp; turns), Stretching like warm-ups and Leg stretches practice splitz , and kicks.

Reply:i would second the motion to join a local dance studio and take classes there. you can practice the barre exersises you learn there in order to gain strength, as well as flexibility.
