Reply:Besides the steps, you gain a sense of self. You also learn proper posture, agility, musicality, confidence and how to present yourself in front of an audience.

Best Wishes,
Reply:Dedication---- It you are serious about dance, you commit your body, your mind, your time, and your energy to it. I have learned to devote my life to someting I truly Care About.

Confidence---- To make yourself step onto a huge stage with bright lights shining in your eyes, judges in front of you, and an endless audience takes a great deal of confidence.

Also, To be criticized and critiqued all the time, while still reamining comfortable in your own skin, takes confidence as well.

Time Management--- I have learned to make use of time! If I something to do i get it done because i know that i cant skip dance to do it! I am sure you do the same thing! =)

Passion--- For Me, Dance is something that I can turn to for supprt when everything else goes wrong. I can express myself without haveing to explain anything. Once you have found a passion, it becomes a base you can always return to.

Perserverence--- Dance had taught me to push myself father that I ever thought possible. I now Know that when I reach a point in life when most ppl would just give up, I can continue to fight and push myself to the limit.

Sacrifice--- In order to dance all of us dancers have sacrificed a lot including The Amount of sleep we get, Social Life, Friends, and many others. BUt that is a decision we have made and are ok with that. Being able to prioritize your life is an important life skill.

Leadership--- Your teachers and dancers you dance with becom part of your own family and you benifit from these relationships. Dancing with our role models teaches us how to be a leader.

And Of course all the dance skills!!

What a good idea for a present!!
