do some stretches and take gymnastics xD

Im starting to learn how to breakdance so gl to u and me as well! ;)

Reply:kayy so im a dancer and yes dancing helps your rhythm a lot. and stretch so your body is not so stiff
Reply:ok, so I use to suck in dancing.!!

Now, I am a pro!!

And I never took any dance classes or anything.

All you have to do is pretend your in a video clip. Don%26#039;t pay attention to whose infront of you.

Throw your arms behind you like somebody pushed you.

Loosen up your body.

bend your knees and start shaking your booty from behind. Stick it all the way out LOL

Make up moves of your own. Sing with the song.

do slow dancing first than all the way to fast.
Reply:I think running and associated strength training for dance rhythm, agility, and speed.

tai chi for movement knowledge.

yoga for movement knowledge and isotonic exercise and flexibility.

Tap dance lessons which combines rhythm with dance.

Find dance music that you love, ( I like Bandari).
Reply:Yes. Try a lyrical class. That%26#039;ll help tons.

Take a beginner stretch class as well. It%26#039;s hard and it hurts at times, but it%26#039;s so useful.

:D
Reply:The only classes that will help you develop rhythm in a quick manner is tap.

Every step, sound, noise and move and designed to develop rhythm. Ballet will build strength and flexibility, but it takes too long to understand the often syncopated rhythms used.
