Getting fit for summer dance?

What is the best way to limber back up and get physically ready for my summer dance session (ballet,jazz, pre pointe, modern)?





What works for you as a dancer? Pilates? Yoga? Running?

yoga! its nice and calming and keeps you flexible.

I would say pilates. It was actually design by and for dancers. In my opinion, the only thing better than pilates is actual class.

Reply:I used to run and do yoga, in addition to dance. However, running can be pretty hard on your body, so now I use a stationary bike for cardio.
